Why? It could save your life! Your urine is a direct reflection of kidney function. What to look for:
1. How often you pee - It should be once every three hours that you are awake.
2. The color of your pee - It should be pale.
3. Smell of your pee - It should smell like, well, urine and not be extra smelly.
Discolored, frequent, or smelly pee could be an underlying effect of some deeper, internal cause (e.g., infection, disease, etc.). So, get to know your pee today!
